The first time I did heart/brain coherence breathing to this song those bliss tears flowed down my face. I could feel each of my chakras light up and - by the end of the song - I was this massive ball of Divine LOVE energy...it was like I was back in the Home of my NDE. Man, just one open chakra could make someone crazy. Even if it feels great first 1-2 hours, after several hours its just a big source of distraction - hard to work/sleep/etc. Hard to live. And it will not close fast, usually take weeks or more. Chakras are not something to play with.

@@oleksiychekin1257 Chakra's have no association with FEAR; that is, unless one's belief system - read EGO - interferes. I find music to be an effective meditative tool for chakra exploration, especially when using heart/brain coherence breathing to allow my heart's intelligence to guide me. Explore the concept of heart intelligence [I suggest HeartMath Institute] - here's why. Visualize the infinity loop as representing the two aspects of life. The left side of the loop represents the temporal aspect [worldly, earthly] and the right side represents the ethereal aspect [that of which is beyond the veil]. One of the many 'understandings' I learned from my NDE is one's heart sits at the intersection of those two loops and possesses a unique 'spiritual blueprint' [intelligence] that interacts with the 'ethereal' so to help guide each of us through this temporal experience. Prior to my NDE, I lacked that understanding; of which, I'm very blessed to have now. Namaste.

@@ross6343 Man, the problem is - thinking and visualization does not really help. In most cases they only increase darkening/clouding of consciousness. Just because the concepts that people think and that are drawn from books and lectures are completely out of touch with reality. Most of the books, lectures, videos, etc. - these are exclusively someone's attempts to make money on our interest in this topic. The only good tool we really have is the meditation. But real meditations have nothing related with visualizations. As for chakras, its another story. They requires lot of very very careful work. I have several of my chakras under complete control (can open/close them anytime I want) including heart chakra. Heart chakra has no relations to intelligence at all. It related with all your feelings. Developed and open heart chakra completely inhibits strong feelings - because they becomes very painful. The feeling of love becomes a constant inner feeling, but at the same time it is not directed at specific close people. And the only thing that has anything to do with the intellect is that the heart chakra helps to make the right decisions by reducing clouding of consciousness and the fact that an open heart chakra allows you to better feel your higher self, not clouded by limited concepts, false gurus and false truths of the world around of our current body.
