What? No! I think you have misunderstood kamsa with vasudeva Vasudev is not related with devaki in anyway. Kamsa and devaki are cousins because kamsa's father ugrasena was elder brother of devaka, father of devaki. Ugrasena was the chief minister of surasena, Vasudeva's deceased father. Surasena is not related with either devaka or ugrasena. Kamsa is the cousin of devaki and a friend of vasudeva Therefore vasudeva and devaki are not cousins and this marriage is not incest.
