DEVASENA saree drapes in Bāhubalí, 2 styles

So Devasena, Bāhubali's lover and wife in the famous movie sequel, bāhubalí 2, had draped her saree in a variety of dhoti looking styles that made her look really pretty and like a warrior princess. In this tutorial, you can learn two similar styles of how she had donned those sarees in the film!! I have used the regular 6-yard saree here, but you can also use a 9-yard saree for these styles; you'll just need to make a few extra pleats plus you can have a longer pallu too!

This is absolutely the correct manner ....I remember my great grand mother wearing it. In mathura, when we would go fir holidays, I remember seeing this devasena drape....Women in our clan, wear it like this only. 😊😊😊 Happy to find it in youtube. Also, your saree's colour looks so bright on the terrace, out in sun. It looked amazing, I liked the design. Thankyou so much, I am gonna wear it on my sister's wedding. I was searching for this. We call that belt, in our region, as kamarbandh.

QianFan Li Pin up the pleats so they stay intact. Then pull the legging down, along with the pleats, to go to toilet.
