Anno 1800 is a city building real-time strategy video game, developed by Blue Byte and published by Ubisoft, and is set to be launched within April 2019.
It is the seventh game in the Anno series, and returns to the use of a historical setting following the last two titles, Anno 2070 and Anno 2205, taking place during the Industrial Revolution in the 19th century.
Following the previous installment, the game returns to the series' traditional city-building and ocean combat mechanics, but introduces new aspects of gameplay, such as tourism, "blue-printing", and the effects of industrialisation influences on island inhabitants.

Those are the most devasting attacks I ever saw so far against a Crown Falls settlement... Even the AI fears the power of the city you are building. But, the city held well! A small setback but the bouncing back was already evident...

Wow! For a bit there, I was really concerned you’d lose CF. You really need to fortify your main island with lots of cannons. It will be a little easier once you get your docklands back up and running. Fantastic episode!

oil harbor actually acts like a trading post in terms of road connection as well, so you can have an oil harbor at another coast line as backup once you unlock the engineers. and you should build as much docklands modules as quickly as possible cuz they provide a hell tons of morale.

I am a bit confused. And other people have mentioned this. Generally, upgrading a trading post will NOT give you more hitpoints or attack power. This applies to all regions. But I don't know if you have a mod for this, or no. 🤔 11:52 Upgrading has no effect in the overview.

This means you need more fire power you lost two fleets in two episodes you must build more ships then take control of the crown falls area then you move to the new world As you cant fight two fronts as they are too for you strong

Okay so that siege mechanic is stupid, thankfully though it doesn't come up that often. I mean the event in Crownfalls. Your people are sitting in the nice safe bed protected by the cannons and the game is like "everyone is panicking". Like, no, no they really aren't. You were fine.

You should probably begin planning a conquest of all the islands in crown falls to better defend the main island since you keep getting attacked

If you conquest an Island you have to be able to defend it. The more islands you take the more influence you need to spend on defense otherwise AI would just conquer them again. That's why we need to carefully expand when we can actually afford it.

If the debit in so high, can take you to bankruptcy and end the game.... That's why it is important to have a good balance.

I think you have to increase your diplomacy with one of enemy or will be very difficult to resistance 3 enemy in the same time

Docklands is pretty strategic and adds a lot of depths to late game production/consumption chains. Sure it makes raw materials more accessible but at the cost of using high value materials. For big cities I just like to use it. I also have plenty of let's plays where I don't use it if you want that more ;)
