Tough break. I was able to watch the race. Still did good. Went from running 13th and 2 laps down, got 2 lucky dogs and worked your way back up to 9th with not a lot of laps. I think it was a great race considering.

After listening to the Dale Jr Download with Tony Eury Jr, I really think Tony Jr would be the perfect crew chief for Hailie. He worked with Danica in the Busch series. He has experience working with female drivers and he is a genius with car/truck setups. I doubt he wants to do that anymore though.

You were staged right in front of our seats on the front stretch. You were killing it until it overheated but you still managed to get a decent finish. Be proud that for the longest time you were ahead of Schrader with all of his dirt experience and being the track owner. You made some impressive moves. Kenny Wallace even enjoyed your driving.

The radiator situation was a total bummer to see. I was shaking my head that Everham didn't add a pressurized quick fill to these cars. The mechs having to pull the hoses and coax 16 Oz bottles of drinking water into the system seemed totally nuts, & killed your chance to recover. So disappointing! But, darn, you sure know how to drive these SRX cars, and you get respect on track from those vets. It really is a kick to see you wheel to wheel with Labonte, Elliott, Hunter-Ray, Andretti, Kanaan, Castroneves, and your ol pal Tracy ;-) Keep up the great work. I believe you can grab a trophy at Sharon Speedway.

Hailie, that was a great showing. You were the only car that could've stuck to Tony but him starting on the front row was a given he was going to win. You had 2nd, I have absolutely no doubt. Look how Francis fell off at the end and you were faster than him all along. I was SCREAMING at the TV when I saw the guys dumping bottled water like WTF! Are you kidding me! Where's the pressurized water can? Where's the quick-disconnect in the cooling lines? Man..... I thought that was so, Saturday night bullring crap. SRX needs to step it up on dirt - mud is ALWAYS an issue and people know how to deal with it. But pulling a radiator hose dumping bottled water in it? ...... Anyhow, you had a podium taken away but YOU did your job!!! and looked great! What's that Paul? bullet proof vest?" HAHA! Nope, it's on under his cool vest if he's smart. He's had to wear one his whole career.

Hailie you did great! You started driving that sucker like ya STOLE IT! That is how ya do it! They need to put a second smaller radiator in the trunk/backend so it won't get Clogged with mud and it will help to keep it cool. just make sure it is isolated from you. wouldn't want it to spew all over you with it being that hot!

F the motor running hot it was the dirt that was the problem to much dirt on the track which caused it to clog your cooling vent for the engine that's why it was running so hot. you did amazing as always and hope to see you in victory lane soon!

I wonder if it's the 30 psi cap problem that tries to turn the oval radiator tubes round . Removing any air space for the air to flow between the tubes to cool the water off. If running an engine belt driven water pump. A bypass circuit with a 192 or 205" thermostat the water pressure in the block and head is much higher than 30 psi to avoid boiling in the hottest spots around the exhaust valve seats and exhaust ports.. The cycling of the thermostat open and closed and open again. Stops the coolant flow thru the radiator so the ram air thru the radiator can cool the water. Awaiting the next opening of the thermostat. This is automotive cooling system thermodynamics . With a restrictor disc instead of a thermostat. The coolant flow is so fast thru the radiator it cant cool the water racing thru. There is not enough resistance to the flow of the water pump to build additional water pressure in the block and heads to stop the hottest spots from boiling. Pushing out the water. It's like a swimming pool pump. The plumber says you need an upgraded pump. So the pull out the dead 1/3 or 1/2 hp pump and puts on a 1 or 2 hp pump. The water flowing thru the heater is going so fast it only picks up a degree. Instead of 10 degrees with the smaller pumps reduced flow rate. The power bill now doubles or triples because of the upgraded pump motor.and needing to run it longer to get the pool up to temp. What the hell is this crap. I can explain it to you. But I can't make you understand it.
