Mitt Romney is one of the 47% that do not pay income tax. Here pays tax on carried interest, which is only a 15% rate. Of course I could be wrong, but Mitt would need to release his tax returns for us all to know.

And then attacking Donald Trumps business career and his economc policies, despite the fact, that his policies are even more right wing. And who's a successful businessman, a billionaire and who knows more aabout the economy Romney or Trump? I'd say trump. And after he won the election, he flipped back and was down on his knees and wanted to have a cabinet position, no Trump was the best man again. and then he didn't make it (you need to have basic geographic knowledge and knowledge of foreign politics, if you wanna become SecofState), maybe next time, he's anti-Trump again.

To all those who've replied. I realise that America is not my country, but from an outsider's viewpoint. it really looks puzzling. A famous writer once said that the only way to get a true picture of your own country is to view it from outside. Having lived in a number of countries during my life, I thoroughly agree with that sentiment. The like/dislike ratio on this video raises my concern for this country greatly. First off, a true leader should reflect the concerns of the people or majority, not his own personal opinions. As times change, so does the majority opinion on certain issues. Anyone that doesn't keep an open mind to new perspectives on issues carries a "my way or the highway" burden and should not be offered as an option as our country's leader.

Point#1: Romney has not stated that he's "not concerned" about those 47%. He states that he knows he "will not get them". As in he expects not to gain their vote. LISTEN to these candidates words, spoken in English. Point#2: Obama-care: Fed govt mandated health coverage policy to effect the ENTIRE NATION (USA). Yep, sounds like fair consequences for illegally occupying someone else's territory, taking jobs from their citizens not content with living in poverty, and living off that government's welfare system. What happens to someone who trespasses on your property, does chores around your house the way he wants them done, and eats your food and bathes with your garden hose? The point is that people SHOULD change their minds in response to new information. This is not a weakness, but a strength. In the second debate, Romney's tax plan means that the average working person will be paying more and the rich will be paying less or nothing. If you currently claim mortgage deduction, child tax credit, education credits, head of household, etc. you would probably lose these because Romney says you will only be able to use about 2500 in deductions. You'll have a "bucket to fill" of potential deductions with a limit of $2500. The personal deduction for self is already about $2500.

I love how he says that Americans who don't pay income tax are the ones that are going to want income tax to be lowered. I'm pretty sure that those of us that are actually making money and are paying our taxes are going to be the ones that care. As a single adult fresh out of college I pay $10,000 a year of my income to as taxes. Personally EYE think that's a little steep, I highly doubt that people who "don't pay income taxes" care as much as I, or others who pay their taxes, do.
