yeah, those dna kits are ridiculously expensive but they also look great. have the one for g2 laser optimus and the jet wing upgrade kit for studio series optimus (dk-37 and dk-15) and they were around the same price as the figure itself. but they just look so awesome. especially the jet wing upgrade. what hasbro did with those hollow parts in the front of the botmode was just horrible and this kit makes it finally a joy to look at

I got the set, I got the kit, and now I plan on getting the Toyhax labels to make it look very nice. I got the individual releases and not the box set and I'm hoping that I doesn't block the extra paint from the box set

This kit just drastically improves that thingamabob ss devastator which looks incredibly wonky and well, stupid, tho i still like the base fugure from what it is. But i don't think this kit comes as close as that devil svior devastator that looks even better than every studio series figure combined.

Only in combined mode. Studio Series still destroys the Devil Saviour figures in robot mode and most of the vehicle modes in accuracy, despite DS having better paint due to being third party. You can easily tell they've sacrificed the robot modes for the combined mode, which is good for some, but might not be for others.

@@OGrupxe I'm not sure about the alt modes. The studio series ones look boring IMO, while devil savior's actually appealing in the eyes. But in robot modes the ss ones definitely look better.

Do the shoulder attachments make the shoulder joints stronger at all? Mine has very weak joints and when I try to get dev to hold his arm out it just falls. Both sides.

No they are purely cosmetic. Perhaps you need to tighten the spring in the ratchets if it's the main shoulder joints.

So major design flaw with the shoulder flaps not being able to be removed, kind of, yeah, that’s not okay. Also, why are the “nutz” only for pre-order. That’s kind of unfair, as it’s nothing special, it’s in the film. It should be added no matter what and not just the pre-order.

It does work but it's very fiddly with the neck piece and belly plate, otherwise it works as intended
