i used to be a joseph b badge so here are my tips :) use photo world CONSTANTLY. if you only use it one time cipher rush is more prone if there’s a decoder: so utilize it as many times as possible when a survivor is chaired, photo instantly. if they end up being rescued they will be downed anyway if nobody goes into photo world and rescues to take photos mid chase, you have to decide if it’s worth chasing them or not. if you’re going up against a kiter (little girl, merc gardener doctor etc) it’s best to take a photo if going against stunners, then photo is also a good time to be used if you bring teleport, you can teleport to a cipher already being decoded when you took the picture and basically get a free down
