DevDrop 14: Introducing Partial Transcripts

In this DevDrop, Jacob Shaw, a software engineer with the Genesys Cloud Developer Engagement team will show you how to turn on the partial transcript feature in Genesys cloud. Partial transcripts allow you to get near-time transcripts (within a 30 second time lag) of in-flight conversations. Jacob will also show you how to use the Genesys Cloud notification web tool to subscribe to the partial transcript events and inspect the transcript data.
