DevDrop 17: Going the next step with bots

So you got through the hello world for building a bot. Now lets build something more complex and build a bot from the bottom up. Jim Ullyot, the architect of the Genesys Cloud Architect tool and "dad-joke" extraordinaire continues to build on his previous bot video (DevDrop 16) and does a deep dive on the components of a bot: including defining bot intents, utterances and slots.
