The back is such a unique muscle group with so many ways to hit it. I was wondering if you could elaborate on what part of the back each exercise targets. I know it's hard to break down completely, but perhaps some guidance could be useful. Right now I'm stuck with overdeveloped upper lats - can't quite get that full taper down to the waist.

I noticed your upper body leaning very far forward and back on every rep starting @ 1:35. I try to keep my back locked in slightly back from 90 degree angle during this movement as it is illustrated on the machine - and pull with my arms keeping the body straight throughout the entire set. Am I doing these incorrectly, are you, or does it matter?

Always a good video, always a good explanation I am pretty sure he didn't use drugs because I workout for 7 years, I never use drugs, I am strong, not so much like him because of my lame diet but I can tell that his muscular mass ( I am not refering his DEFINITION because he is a professional) is totally reachable for regular guys if you take seriously you workout and your diet. Just know how to do your workout, study that shit. But, you will not get this body from day to night
@Slanderbot9 жыл бұрын
@rob riches - I see you emphasizing a lot on letting your muscle fully stretch and relax in each rep. Many builders I've seen, worked with, or read about discuss that getting that full stretch can be dangerous because you aren't "keeping everything tight" as it were. stable body, supporting the joints, etc by keeping tight. Is having a slow, controlled movement enough to keep the joint/muscle safe from injury when it goes into that full stretch?
