So basically you're telling us to do super high volume, heavy weights, drop sets, giant sets, and rest for 1m-1m20s between sets, all of those things in 90 minutes or less? I don't think that's possible. You will be frying your CNS and your joints to death with this kind of training on a daily basis. More doesn't necessarily mean better when it comes to training.

You're already doing 6 exercises. You cant 'just add lower back', you're way too fatigues. Hit lower back with legs = squats

you dont need to train your lower back direcly. doing exercises like bent over rows, t bar rows and deadlift work your lower back too since they require a lot of stability from your core. but if you really want to hit your lower back directly you can do some hyperextensions at the end of your workout, and maybe some planks and stuff at home to work on that stability.
