What a great knowledge. Thanks for sharing this and make it available so that everyone can learn this incredible knowledge. I am interested to know if someone needs to have an exact time or regular schedule (same timing) in order to form a new habit for the first 30 days? Will this help brain record habitual pattern? Thanks for your explanation.

When you become addicted to a feeling you get either from a person(love/hate) or from a habit(work/procrastination)= your subconscious mind had adopted it as a necessary routine to the normal functioning & wellbeing of your mental/physical state aka The Comfort-Zone..

🙃that’s why once you’re ought to behave & act different or Change your lifestyle you feel anxious/hesitant/confused & it is the main reason why when you breakup or quit a job you feel identity-Crisis/detached/depressed because you are still attached to it emotionally..

Everyone is talking about how they are blessed with your wisdom here, and I am also thankful but greeting people when you are delivering knowledge sometimes disconnects us from your message. please try to focus on what you are teaching consistently without any interaction of greeting new people that are coming live okay. Thank you hhhhhh
