about being able to pull out windows from mac, that's also the number one thing i'm waiting for. but as for the reason, i don't think it's ergonomics, the whole vision pro is already designed for having multiple windows around you. i think it's just a data transfer bandwidth limit. i wonder how they're going to solve it. i'm thinking something like instead of transmitting a rendered video feed like a wireless hdmi cable, maybe they'll render the mac windows directly on the headset and use the mac as a sort of remote cpu, like a wireless external gpu. and once they add vision pro gestures to the mac, that'll be great as well. the only reason i can think of for them waiting on that is that the touch targets on a 4k mac display will mostly be way too small for vision pro and users will feel the inaccuracy of the eye tracking a lot more.

Well the question now is: Can your Macbook be plugged in to another monitor or is it really limited to one when streaming? Bc if not there surely is a way to stream those other monitors through either stuff like Steam Link if they didn't opt out for the Vision OS and or maybe streaming via VNC or stuff like that though I suppose this is going to be janky. Regarding your job as a developer though: If you use VS Code anyways you might as well run a code server on your mac and access it through Safari on your Vision Pro. With that you even have a Terminal and stuff
