Idea for a future event and new tools and weapons: Have the trains and steam engines in game spawn specialized bots that look like engeneers, passangers or conductors. Have some laugage contain ammo and in rare cases burn traits. The master conductor gets more HP and grants pledge marks. One train on the map can be used as an exit once for pledge marks. As for new skins: - train conductor - steam engine engeneer - a passanger that looks like a Prussian Rittmeister New tools: - smoke bomb (use the effects, etc. from large dyno bundle but have the smoke decipate slower) - wrench (as a melee tool that deals blunt damage only) New guns: - Reichsrevolver - call it the Rittmeister Revolver - Borchardt pistol - call it the Bore Hunt Pistol (only uses special ammo like Dolch) - Coal Shovel (one slot melee weapon)

It's odd cause, they brought in so many people and so many also left because of the messy-state of the game. Now we bring in post malone, which will probably bring in a lot of new players and they'll run into the still rather buggy state of the game. I think it would be a smart call to try and get it into a good shape again before spending so much money on attracting new players. But otherwise, yeah. It was probably 'mostly done'. But then again, I guess we may see the next event being announced right after this one ends. At some point, you've got to start thinking if they truly shifted to bug-fixing, or if this was just a statement to appease players.

Animation and colours are so lifelike! I hope the clowns will have these jumping animations used for intros And the sharpshooter girl will have special mirror backwards trickshot pose when holding single shot rifles(like the special animation for holding katana for Ronin and Shrine Maiden), or will reference her historic character in some other way using intro animation Also a bunch of hunters like Ms. Hammond could use her animations from 1896 launch trailer as her intro animation(e.g the one where she kills grunt with throwing knife and gives a smirk), instead of being the same as the free hunters. Same for the other two, e.g. that sick dusters punch combo(shadowboxing air this time) etc And some other hunters. Imo you can't label it anything more than "common" if they don't have custom intro pose The sharpshooter girl deserves extra, one of the greatest characters since Vaquero And you can't leave the Hogwarts 1896 trio from the trailer with the default whiteshirt intro animations

Silenced weapon variant damage range drop off starts sooner so like long ammo like the krag the damage drop off doesn't start until 40meters, 30 being medium ammo, 20 being compact but silenced variants have the damage range drop sooner so I believe if they kept it the same the silenced variants damage range drop off starts 10 meters sooner. So it will do less damage at the range where you can't really hear it so I guess that's a plus

They've mentioned 'rebalanced' suppressors, but as it currently stands suppressed weapons do the same damage but start losing damage drop 10 meters earlier than a non-suppressed model, along with less velocity.

This sounds amazing My friend I got into the game with 1896 most asked for feature is a "magnet hands" trait that replaces blade seer and brings retrievable weapons near you by using dark sight, please make this a permanent trait, especially as it could fix the age long issue of weapons clipping below surfaces or being unretrievable by pressing interact

So you basically completly abadonned the hardcore gunfight unique experience Hunt was providing back in the days and now it's only about the clown fiesta and skins. Got it. Glad you finally assume it so we don't have to hope for it anymore. Can't wait for the thermo-guided rocket launcher in 3 months.

haven't played hunt much lately at all, but this event looks so cool and unique that i feel like i have to try it out. good job! actually looks super dope.
