“Do you want their names”? I worked for those “developers”. Gas was $.25 per gallon, when I started driving. (Mini Trail 50) These corrupt developers are doing the waterfront too. Old folks homes, section 8, “you name it, if it’s corrupt. the same families are in on it”, in a million different ways. It’s been this way for a long time. They are “church people”, and they don’t have to pay taxes. You pay “for everything”.

Hopefully there will be a good balance between new apartments and those destined for affordable living. Federal Way is notorious for building huge new apartment complex for low income only in the past years. Just see the chaos at some of them, like Park 16. I am all for affordable living, but not at the cost of security and well being.
