In my opinion it’s all relative. Higher paying jobs = higher cost of living. I think everywhere in the U.S. had an increase in real estate prices. Places that use to be affordable are not anymore. We were thinking of retiring in Tennessee but the prices of homes have skyrocketed around Nashville meanwhile minimum wage is $7.25/hour just for prospective. Love your videos. I like how you get out there and travel to various locations so people can see exactly what areas you are showing.

We have seen an increase and it will continue to increase overtime. I remember when I bought my first home in Vancouver for 186k in 2000, now it’s just under 500k, Crazy. Thank you for the encouragement. If there is anything Real Estate related in WA that I can help you or someone you know please text or call me. Have a wonderful 2024
