Great question! Have you ever had the experience where the way you thought about a person, or a situation, was determining your actions? Like, "I hate that guy" or "I love my job" or "I'm pretty smart" ...Then, when your thinking changed, you changed? You changed with a thought? Being happy, sad, angry or mad is never more than one thought away. It's our thinking that determines how we view the world...because even when our circumstances are the same, our thinking can change. And that's where our experience comes from: our thinking.
