I am an individual that is making a career change and has been given an opportunity to be part of a startup company alongside very seasoned individuals in the cybersecurity career field, and eventually if I do well enough I will be given an equity stake. It's a lot to take on for the obvious reasons, a lot of which you were able to touch on in this video, because I know that my ability to communicate with decision makers will be crucial to my success and to the company. @@DrGraceLee It was amazing. Thank you very much Dr. Grace Lee. We spoke about my real motivation to join the IT Team. We shared principles, values that you suggested so often in all your videos. I applied one of your lessons "Speak to impact, not to impress". I spoke to the new Higher-up (Top Management) hired in January 2023. I asked easily if he wanted to learn how infrastructure and I said "It is a win-win for both of us and no worries I will try to vulgarize, no technical details". He was ok. Damn!!! I was a little bit anxious before asking --being afraid. But applying your lessons, I felt "0 pressure, 0 fear". I was fully transparent and aligned with my own values, another of your lessons. Thanks again 🥰
