Randy, I know there will be some that roll their eyes at this lesson you’ve just taught but I’m with you 100%. One of the things I like about kayak fishing is that I feel like I’m more part of environment that I’m fishing. Namaste!

That’s insanely advanced I only started getting the “feel” of a spot 10 years into fishing. Most people are so out of tune with nature they won’t get it.

Randy I appreciate all your videos. Keep up the quality vids. 90 percent of the fishing videos I watch are on your channels. I purchase from tackle warehouse 2 to 4

Thank you for all that you share with us. I'm getting ready to go on my fishing trip with some of my friends. And after watching what seems like my hundredth video from today to three years ago I can't remember all of this great info that you share with us. But, I was thinking it would be great if you could possibly publish a quick reference guide that I could keep in my tackle box. It would be handy to know what tackle it best for certain seasons and weather conditions there by eliminating 90% of your tackle box for that day and focusing on just your recommendations for seasonal conditions. P.S. Put me down for one.

This idea of “feel” IMO is from experience. Everyone is educated by their experiences over time and a perceptive and intelligent person is going to develop practical shortcuts to quickly weigh the odds that the conditions are presenting.

This is described in this book: Malcolm Gladwell; Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking. When you have enough knowledge and experience in a field, you can feel about something before being able to rationalize it.

I'd much rather catch fish based on my instincts vs using FFS.
