I will be surprised if they have some one.. I trusted them until they chose Beale after we already had TM who must be a 10 times better manager than beale sorry 20 times better I just could not believe they were so stupid.. we the fans knew it was a terrible mistake But they didn't.. But they made brilliantly from the moment KLD took over under KLD our academy is really impressive. How these academy boys have class and athleticism all over the park..

Any decent head coach/manager will want to bring their own backroom staff. If Dodds and Proctor and the rest are still here, expect another tin pot puppet to be in place come the new season.

It's not true at all!!! Dodds and Proctor were coaches under TM and football was great. So why are they suddenly made into scapegoats.?? Stop second guessing about who head coach is going to be ,your talking about people who are in any running at all and adding unnecessary speculation 🤬

How do you work that out ? U18's and U21's are the best they have been for years. Dodds might not be management material but he was obviously doing something right when TM was there.

Not to worry we have a well-thought-out plan, monitoring future head coaches.. We were told it would be dynamic front-foot football. So you would expect some commonality among the coaches. The only thing Niel, Mowbray, Beale, and Dodds have in common is being critical of the intransigency of the model. It was a factor in Niel not taking the job. Mowbray is the only one who fits the front-foot rhetoric. These people are talking bollocks. If it wasn't for our early season form under Mowbray we would be waiting for the League One fixture list. They have also created a Dodds problem. If he is a continuity coach and the head coach is interchangeable that's an imbalance of power no head coach wants. What if he doesn't rate Dodds, is he stuck with him anyway? If there's a personality clash how is he supposed to trust Dodds: Throw in the fact that despite the pr from Luke O we were well coached Dodds must have lost credibility with the players Is Speakman too dictatorial or will a new head coach have a say in recruitment does he have to put up with Dodds. Has KLD learned the model is too rigid? If a prospective head coach worth having isn't convinced that these clowns have learned from last season then they'll run a mile from the job This club should not be celebrating promotion from the championship..I didn't need Roy Keane to tell me that KLD , Speakman and the new head coach have to grasp that reality. Despite the fanbase not being as important as it was financially it's still massive when it comes to expectation..It's wake-up time.. ..

The plain truth is Sunderland have a bad name for behind the scenes even more now that Speakman (a very Machiavellian character) is there no one wants to take orders from him. Hi Michael, Doddzzzzzzz is not only still there, he'll be the dynamic head coach that we were promised. I've been saying for ages now that Doddzzzzzzz will be out head coach on various other platforms, up till now I'm still right. This management are toxic. Speakman has been interfering in team affairs for too long, it actually sticks out like a sore thumb what's been going on. A simple way for these people to take notice is don't buy season tickets and don't go to the games. Give them the silent treatment, they will quickly get the message.
