Laws are weak. System is also weak by influence. When so called minors get involved in crimes as adult then how come they are treated as minor. Even today I saw in Pune expressway car without number plate. Maharashtra police is either weak or corrupt or just suppressed by criminals in politics n power hope Maharashtra police take a lesson from Kerala, Tamil Nadu n Karnataka on how vehicles are strictly viewed by traffic police. It's a great shame we have a ridiculous system that hardly can protect the common man.
