Even in this accident case, myabe the helmet might not have helped the two people survive but there could have been some kind of survival chances. This case not only raises questions regarding minor driving a car or drinking but even more than this that basic traffic rules are not followed in India. Is it that hard? Can't even wait patiently in a red signal nor follow the speed limit. This kind of act is dispalyed by adults, which are then portrayed by teens. Also, there are so many teens that are driving vehicles in India illegally and this starts from their home itself, parents should be strict regarding these things as police can't go to every house to check these things.
