I was wondering whether I should get Vila or Windsong in 1.8? I wanted to save my pulls for as many portrays of Lucy as possible so I only planned on pulling for one of them. Is Kakania or Semmelweis worth pulling for? I'm F2P. Thanks in advance.

Windsong is the best star dps I think, if you don't alraedy have a good one I would get her instead of Vila, Semmelweiß is free and Kakania is not really a need

Vila is basically a requirement for mental teams. Get her, especially if you don’t have tooth fairy. Windsong is very much worth picking up, especially if you don’t have Jiu Niangzi. If you do have Jiu, her value decreases a bit, but is still very strong especially in Raids. Lucy is limited so must pull, although I recommend against getting portraits as an f2p, Lucy doesn’t benefit that much from them compared to other characters and more characters means more team comps available for you. Kakania is an easy skip unless you really like her. Semmelweis is free.

@@Wilmadiamond i have both TF and Jiu. I wasn't sure whether I should get Vila since I have TF and some other healers, and Vila mainly gives Crit buffs. I also wasn't sure if I should get Windsong since I have 37 as Star dps. Also why doesn't Lucy benefit from portrays that much?

I think it depends on the characters you have. If you're getting Marcus or another mental DPS and want to use them, get Vila. If you have a lot of great supports already or you don't have a star dps, consider Windsong. Generally though I would recommend Vila because she's much more versatile and supports have better pull value than DPSes.

Does Kakania like reduces the damage taken by each team member to 50% and takes it for herself? like for example the enemy attacks Lucy, without Kakania she would have received 500 damage but with Kakania she would instead receive 250 damage and Kakania would receive 750 since she would take the base dmg of 500 and the added .5 damage that she took from Lucy
