this just my own opinion but yes kakania is a must pull because not only is she a good healer and a good tank she is good at any team comp she take 50 percent of damage for your team for herself and heals everyone once her empathy is full (idk if thats what it called but the one that mirror heals everyone)

I wouldn't say she's a must pull, but she's really strong. Aside from her being a tank support, she's the only character that can buff ATK (usually it's dmg bonus)

it's because kakania deals damage based on her empathy everytime she's healed, using her ult would remove all of her empathy
