Nearly there ! 2 more videos to go then thats all of the course material done for the first exam. Ill probably go over everything once more (being less strict on the amount of notes im taking this time round) and try to get an exam sorted :)

It's taken me about a month with working 12 hour days and few days off to take meticulous notes and get to this video. So close to the end!

When taking apart laptops I use a very sharp marker (blue and red) and make a mark near the hole where the screw is and I write the T size for each one , so no long screw in the short hole damages. More, always use plastic guitar picks when opening laptop's or tablet shells. Use plastic tweezers ( they exists) when handle ribbon cables, a sharp metal tweezer easily puncture a ribbon without even knowing. Magnetic mats are a also very practical and will ensure that everything stays where you put it and you can add notes ( see why I mentioned markers) on the side. There are a lot of tricks, just ask away I and will share whatever I know.

I'd also add a small tip: use the tweezers to drop the screws into place for screwing in.
