You are right. Lack of practice and inferiority complex so many like me who can write good English cannot speak English with fluency. Thank you for your teachings. Another way to learn good english I think is to read any book/journal which is interesting. I use to read novels of James Hadley Chase and one magazine published from Kolkata called Detective Digest.
