I started watching our flag means death because of this animatic. I finished it all in one sitting on a school night and it was so worth it. It’s such a funny and wonderful show with wonderful representation and I adore the way Edward is portrayed. He’s sensitive and cares for Stede. He’s this big tough character but underneath that Blackbeard persona he’s a kind, fine textile and fun loving person. I also love how stede and the rest of the crew was portrayed as well. Anyway with that out of the way, this is an amazing animatic. The music choice is great, the art and expression is amazing and portrays Stede and Edward and their struggles and traumas so well.
