I stayed in Algiers during my younger days. The old neighborhood on Newton st. I worked at the Riverwalk and used the ferry daily to get to and from. Back then the ferry was still free to foot traffic. I miss those days at times. It was before the big remodel of the Riverwalk but after the hurricane of '05.
