A couple felt an urge to purchase a 144 year old farm house to turn into a bed and breakfast. It was not long of owning it that the pair started to notice strange things happening in the middle of the night. This was not just any ordinary bed and breakfast, it's a real haunted house. Door knobs turn, phantom footsteps echo the halls, disembodied voices are captured on voice recorders, figures are seen and poltergeist prints show up in the blankets.

Some souls are just in pain restless and want help, when there is sensitive people that can experience the paranormal they think their being ignored by people so start to get angry and aggressive for attention sometimes. Some are just possessive over their home, it's good to have a medium come out and do an assessment to see who and what is there, why and how they're acting in the home, it's good to set boundaries letting them know you love the home so it's your home now and you don't mind them staying as long as they respect whatever boundaries you set for example tell them to protect the home not to scare you or guests and tell them as long as they do that they are welcome to stay. If they don't abide by the rules it's time to have someone come in and handle it. I'm a shaman, medium and Reiki Master so I have helped people with these situations a lot especially with the really aggressive hauntings I get rid of them for good.

Yes,love them! After my divorce,I moved into a mobile home on a old country road. It was right above a very large Cemetery! The things I experienced there & my fiance when I met him,the things we experienced there was terrifying! My poor cat too! Voices,like lunch room chatter,cigar smell,cabinets opening,things going missing then showing up in weird places,full body apparitions,being touched,and more! It was so scary 😮 once we moved,no more. I was always afraid of buying a haunted house. When I finally did buy a house, it turned out to be haunted but the ghost is fine. I found out later from a neighbour that it used to cause more poltergeist-type activity. That would have been nice to know!

In a house my ex husband and I owned, one of my dogs passed away. Every now and then I could feel like a dog brush past me. My ex never felt anything so when he sold the house, I asked if he disclosed the dog spirit. He didn’t because he didn’t believe it. Legally in my former state, regardless of the fact he didn’t believe it, because I had, it was supposed to be disclosed. That and for some reason, from 1850ish on every couple that lived there ended up splitting up and getting a divorce. Up until the 1950’s, they just split up. So something was weird about that. No one still has ever lived there longer than 20 years either. When we moved in, we remodeled, and under the old linoleum ( real linoleum, not vinyl flooring) that was an old witch board. The linoleum had been put down in 1942 ( old newspaper underneath). The original owner had come to the US from Britain, got a job, built a small portion of the house( barn, finished bedroom inside of barn and very large kitchen living room) sent for his bride to come and she died on the boat on the way over. He never put any more rooms on the house. When I joined the local historical society, they gave me the sad backstory on the house. I think it was cursed…

This was one of the BEST investigations I've ever watched. Very professional and courteous with the spirits. I must say the house and stories of their experiences were as if my own 1870's New England Farmhouse was being described as we experience the same as well as many other things. After 10 years we happily co exist and miss the activity during any quiet times. They do not stay away for long. I think they love this house as much as we do. Like this woman, I was absolutely called to this house in the same way for sure. I'm looking forward to watching more of your investigations.

This is the first time I've watched one of your videos. Subscribed after the first 20 minutes! Very impressed with every aspect of it: how low-key it was; no sensationalism; no scary music during the investigation; you included the owners in the investigation; and mostly, NO BAD LANGUAGE! Maybe I'm from another planet, but most teams don't seem to realise that when attempting to contact an entity from an earlier, more genteel, age, the last thing that will gain their favour is a bunch of strangers effing and blinding IN THEIR HOUSE! There was one video I watched where the team were doing this and GhostTube said "DISRESPECTFUL!", followed a few seconds later by "APOLOGISE!". I shouted "You tell 'em, ghost!" We got to investigate there twice and both times had some intense activity. Especially in the blue room the first time. We did have a little girl come through as well. Second time more activity in the yellow room and footsteps and what sounded like the water turning on the in the pastors room. It’s an amazing house.

Just love you way of asking if they are male or female have you got children with you we live in a 30house and we live right near the sea we sat on the bench oposite the sea one day and this young girl rode her bike up to us and said its great to see people sitting on my dads chair i said we have just moved here oh she said my dad lived just half way up the road we live in her dads house i wouldnt be surprised if his spirit isnt still in the house she said when i got home ialways had a smell of bo on our stairs iwent up the stairs and said eric we love your house and also our names jones never had any more bo smells two weeks past my husband had a bad cold he had a wheezing cough i sleep on my right side he sleeps on his left he woke me up making such a noise iwas awake i heard two little girls talking one ask my husband arr you not feeling well the other one said sh sh you will wake him up itell you i could not turn over i truly was awake one girl said come on we have to go then the other little girl said to my husband your get better god bless you all from over the pond i have never heard anything since❤❤

I think the reason that bootlegger panel being open makes a difference is because that's the portal the spirits are using to come through into the material world. All it needs to be is a symbolic portal. I've seen windows, holes and even a waterfall used as a method for spirits to emerge. I don't know why it works this way, but it does.

Please keep in mind that Georgia was the native home of native tribes for centuries before Europeans came here. Any place that has clean water, furtile land, good hunting and high land would be a place that native people would thrive in. There were massecures of the natives in Georgia once gold was found there and of course the land was coveted as well. I'm glad this family is finding it peaceful and feel welcomed there. I visited a house in Georgia that was a new build and had the most frightening experience of my life there in their finished basement. I didn't know the history of Georgia before the experience so it wasn't based on the knowledge I learned later. I kept it to myself for many years, but had heard from the owners that their daughter was "scared" but she would never tell them why. She'd sleep on the floor of their bedroom until her teens, when prior to moving into that house she was always fine with her own room. Something really bad had happened on that land and the native people who were slaughtered there were not resting in peace because of it. This is Roswell Ga. They did eventually sell the house. Hope whoever bought it was welcomed there or at least not being made to be fearful.

I once lived in an apartment in Tennessee, a beautiful stone house converted into four apartments that had been a funeral home in the past. My husband and I never experienced anything spooky at all and were happy there. Another time we rented a large farmhouse in Pennsylvania that had been built in 1899, a very large three story house that I never felt comfortable in, too big for me. After we had lived there several months we were informed by someone in our church that a murder had been committed in the house years ago and the murderer had never been caught. The victim was the unmarried middle aged daughter of the owner of the house. That left us with a creepy feeling of course, but the entire three years we lived there, never experienced anything disturbing, spooky or paranormal. I guess some people are just more susceptible or receptive to spirits than we were or maybe we are too boring so the spirits left us alone. lol

Interesting. I'm checking you out cos of Dave and Ryan. One of my fave FB pages is For the Love of Old Houses too. I love that your night vision isn't really dark. Hubby is curious about whether Sherry and Wes have children. He's wondering if there's a time slip and the footprints on the bed are actually their descendants and that's why they feel so welcomed and wanted? The responses are a bit too interesting to be nothing. You probably won't see this comment, but I'm gonna have my son look. He sees stuff. Well, not as well as he did before he had a head injury happen last year, but he still senses and sees some stuff, just not as detailed. Love your style, Connor! Hope to see Sherry on the old house page! xxx
