Many fans feel this encapsulates why it was not a good reboot for Devil May Cry, and until recently possibly killed the series, but it's also ironically loved as a meme for how ridiculous it is especially after an actor said the dialogue was "Shakespearean".

1:19 - 1:38 Why did that dialogue didn't get into the game? It fitted perfectly to both Vergil's vision on humans and how Dante embraced his humanity differently from how he did after his character arc completed at the end of the game. man, this scene was something incredible to see, as a big fan brasilian and lover of the incredible DMC saga, it would be something incredible to see this scene in a future "reboot" of DMC (something that probably will never happen since the HD Collection version came out ) but the way CAPCOM has already rebooted Resident Evil using photorealism and intends to bring new ones like RE VII and RE 4 again with other graphics, it would be really cool to see DMC 3 with the same aspects of 5 one day and with scenes of perfect fights like this that were deleted
