I used to own the special edition and I remember beating it. This still remains as my all time favorite game.

I remember when I first played DMC3 SE, I sucked soooo bad. I died at the first boss battle. But for some weird freaking reason, when I played the regular DMC3, I beat the first couple of missions NO problem. Really weird. But then again it was in my 6th grade year when I was just getting into better games.
