I have him at s+ but the problem is he is really slow and not rapid shield breaker , the big problem is you cannot pair any vergil in same lineup because if you do that , you can use ultimate of either vergil or ENV , (because if you know v and vergil are 2 halves of each other from dmc5) so it's the problem with ENV also frosty grace and MS is not good at hit shield breaking unlike ej , ct or even ls
