I'm so proud of him for bringing the heat to someone so flippant about what he's done. Bravery in the utmost degree, braver than his piece of shit cop (1312) ass father at 5 years old. The check in on the kids had me in tears. It's amazing that the family was so quick to tell them what had happened to their mother and gave them the relief of knowing they would keep them safe, like holy shit, thats incredible of them to not sugarcoat it. Those kids are happy not because they 'moved on', but because they were fully supported and loved while this was happening, and given space to express themselves and grieve. Incredible. I wish this family the absolute best.

A huge red flag for abuse is isolating the spouse and forcing the spouse into silence through fear of violence. Many women understand this and look out for it. @AshTheOne homicides in the us for 2017 amounted to around 20000 deaths, (for ALL homicides, not just those perpetrated by ex partners). The same number for suicides stands at around 50000, If you're so paranoid about your ex that you HAVE to have a backup even if your ex seems unlike a psychopath, you perhaps should also have them around ALL THE TIME just to protect you from YOURSELF 😱 Statistically speaking you're a greater threat to your life than your ex 😂😂😂 But sure, call someone else an idiot because they have the simple capacity to acknowledge how meeting an ex is an extremely common thing and is nowhere near as dangerous as you seem to want to believe it is. Then there's the whole, "bad grammar = idiot" lunacy. So in conclusion, YOU'RE the paranoid idiot, who was forced to double down on their argument because they got called out on their idiocy 🤷♂️

Hearing them at the end, you can tell they still dont FULLY grasp it and it seems as though they are only repeating what they heard or what they are told...granted, I believe their feelings are true and they really dont have any love left for their dad, just seems like they had someone go over that victim statement with them or had someone with them, guiding them. Thats why I feel like he didn't have a reaction like people hoped he would have. He probably could tell that was their aunt and not his kids talking

That 40% figure was from a survey, not a scientific study done over 30 years ago and from what I read it included things like shouting at ones mate as ‘spousal abuse’ and didn’t specify who was the aggressor. The 40% figure is very misleading and gives the impression that 4 of 10 officers are physically abusive to their domestic partners.

@The Mandalorian Your believing there is no God is a figment of your imagination.

Yeah, typical country daddy!! Don't mess with his kids, especially daughters. My daddy would tear any man who broke his daughters' heart limb from limb.

@The Mandalorian I'm so sorry you can't comprehend . Perhaps if you read more it would improve your comprehension. Anyway, I'll break down my reply to you. You said belief in God was a figment of ones imagination. My reply stated that by not believing is simply a figment of your imagination. Read it in a quiet place a couple of times and maybe it will make sense to you. Explaining how mankind and all the wonders of the world got here without God sounds more like a fairy tale.

@@salmathecopt7969 Well you jumped in feet first and landed on your ass! That argument was over two months ago! You're the definition of a troll. You have no reason to involve yourself, you're certainly no Christian. In fact you're a nasty evil pos.

When I left my narc ex he realised just how strong I was in leaving him and refused to forgive him anymore for his infidelity and mental abuse. When this guy was talking about "one last dance" before she left..... That was pretty much what my ex said but in much more vulgar words. At this point I was so physically disgusted by him the last thing I wanted him was to touch me in any way. Seriously narc abusers are a whole other level of crazy and they think there's nothing wrong with them....

Hearing Clay's son say those things broke my heart! I can't imagine doing what Clay did and hearing that and not falling apart right there in the courtroom. He must be truly evil and his lack of reaction proves his lack of love for his children too!

Maddox was so mad he didn’t know what else to say but “you’re a big fat jerk” that was probably the worst thing he could think of. I almost cried listening to his little voice quaver with anger. I hope he hears that kids voice in his head when he dozes off at night and it eats him up.
