She obviously had her plans in place and carried through with them, for whatever reason... people with "mental disorders" are very capable of deception and some also have a higher than average IQ.... unfortunately for a lot of "normal or the average", person... Most people are not capable of cold blooded murder, or just getting rid of their own children or family... Seems to be happening a lot more, in society these days.... but it may only be that because of the media, we hear about it more often and our planet is becoming so over populated with tons and tons of illegal immigrants on the move... 😢😥😭Sad sad world 🙏🙏🙏

@K. N People with schizophrenia are usually paranoid already ad that to her seeing a wanted poster of herself and of course she would evade the police, they're also capable of planning. I'm not excusing whatever she did with the kids but just explaining that evading authorities or others is pretty common behavior for schizophrenics.
@kickballfever3 жыл бұрын
@K. N She might have had the where with all to carry out her plan but that doesn't mean she wasn't having a psychotic break. Schizophrenia runs in my family and I've experienced psychotic breaks where I've done illegal shit. It's hard to explain but I knew what I was doing well enough to plan it out in advance and evade the police but I was still very much out of my mind and could have killed someone. This woman knew she was doing something illegal, I don't doubt that, but in her psychotic mind it was probably justifiable to her. I don't think she should just get away with her crime based on her mental state, she's obviously dangerous and I'm surprised the case went the way it did. She should be locked up in a psych ward long term.

I couldn't imagine going through this and knowing the court is failing him Edit: The two murder charges were dropped because the 5 year period to convict her passed. The judge ordered her to remain in detention at the maximum-security psychiatric hospital where she has been since her arrest nearly eight years ago. They also say the state reserves the right to charge her again if she is ever released. Pretty ridiculous she is not found to be competent to stand trial.

There’s other women saying the same thing but at least they take the time to type out each comment. I just find it strange that this is the standard on these videos, but if the genders were swapped, you would *NEVER EVER* find a popular comment with dudes saying “nah, she looks slutty and all women who look like that must be killers too.” 🤦🏻♂️ like maybe some assholes would comment that, but it wouldn’t have 400 upvotes. Looks like we have to worry about other types of dangerous people other than Murderers. We also have to watch out for people who are so far gone, they’ll literally believe someone just because of their gender.... which if you spoke to them, they would claim that their entire existence is predicated on opposing that type of thinking... as long as the genders are in the right places that is.

I wonder why Troy Turner's lawyer doesn't make sure someone objectively evaluates her. It really does look like she is mentally competent. You can't just wait around hoping someone is going to evaluate her, especially if you're depending on someone working at a facility who's probably getting a lot of money for her to be in it. I think Mr. Turner should get a different lawyer; maybe he's getting paid more the longer we wait and wait for that to be determined and the more people ask and ask for him to do something about it. Instead of doing that he's getting paid a whole bunch of money to try and upgrade her charges to a felony so they can wait around for two more years.

not all money is good money! I personally can't put a price on virtue. Not everyone sees it that way though
@errbodylovesme3 жыл бұрын
@Rocket Pliance That's looking at it from the simplest pov. You have to do a cost-benefit analysis. That's how you determine the true value of that money. What are you giving up to get that money? Have you ever turned down a job that people want you to take because of the 'money'? The money sounds good to someone that doesn't know what you sacrificed to get it.
@errbodylovesme3 жыл бұрын
@Rocket Pliance wether or not it feels lit a million dollars does not increase the purchasing power of that $100. I'm assuming the child barely did any work/ sacrifice anything for that money. So that money is all profit
@errbodylovesme3 жыл бұрын
@Rocket Pliance My point is that the 100 dollars is still just a hundred dollars. What the child 'feels like' is insignificant to the conversation. The child feels that way because there wasn't any sacrifice made. On the other hand, if you make the child wash all the clothes in your home, cut the grass, do the groceries e.t.c before you reward the child with 100 dollars, I guarantee the child will not 'feel like a millionaire'. Why's that?! Maybe because the same 100 dollars now weighs less, the child just traded labor and time in exchange for it!

@MO mo To be clear, I think the 'mother' should be held criminally responsible and clearly knew she did something wrong by running away. Yes, she seems to have a mental illness, but not all of those who have a mental illness will not be held criminally liable; only those who successfully show evidence of the 'insanity defence' will which in my opinion should not be the case with her. To be held not criminally liable as a result to mental illness or essentially ONLY insanity, one would need to provide evidence that they have no guise of what is right and wrong. It is NOT on the sole basis of 'they aren't in frame of mind'. Those with depression can be labelled as 'not in the right frame of mind' but most still know what's right and wrong. For instance, someone who ran from the cops after killing an individual because they taught the person was a supernatural being would likely still be held criminally responsible but also provided psychiatric help; running away indicates they knew it was wrong to kill someone. Similarly, by partaking in drug consumption, one is acknowledging the associated results of it. Yes there are many flaws in the criminal justice system in practice including the unnecessary use of the insanity defence but what you presented was not a reflection of the criminal justice system based on its writing. Additionally, 'meds' for those 'mentally ill' is not a cure. It's not a biological only disease that gets cured as a result of solely medication.

To not be fit for trial she seem pretty normal on the videos and to her own family... I don't get the US I have seen to videos of really mentally ill prisoners, that with sever schizophrenia where somehow in normal prisons. One was boiled alive in a shower for 2 hours till his skin fell of and he died, it was to punish him because he shit himself and smeared it on the walls (no charges for the guard's!). The other was a veteran that had a psychotic episode and wouldn't put his hands trough the door to be put in cuff's, so the guard fired a flashbang grenade from a shotgun direct at him. Put she isn't even fit to be questioned by the cops after she killed her children? The to guys I wrote about where there for some shit like stealing or drug possession can't remember exactly.

Wambam UK how can you possibly comment on someone's stability based on a few seconds of footage??? How incredibly presumptuous and just plain ridiculous. It's possible she's in denial or just trying to be hopeful. None of us are in any position to evaluate anyone's level of stability here, get over yourself.

Well, she's cooperating with police and lawyers. She appears to want answers and she wants those children back, so why would she lie to protect her daughter?
@electricavacad03 жыл бұрын
Might be protecting her from getting convicted by claiming the children are still alive. Casey Anthony's mom said she was the one who searched up chloroform and we think it's because the prosecutors had the death penalty on the table.

“I didn’t know anything was up.” Tells the reporter that she wasn’t supposed to be alone with the kids, drive, drive with the kids and the parents were on board with it. . . . Are you serious? How many red flags do you need? I need to sell this guy a car. “Nah bro it ain’t stolen.” That would be good enough for him even though the steering is busted and there is blood in the car.

This case has Casey Anthony written all over it. The changing stories, the lies , the inconsistencies. Even the fact that the mother first accused her and then changed her stance later on , Casey's parents did the same. This is just tragic.

@@Kitty-mb4hy Your analogy is flawed. Kids cannot be held accountable for their actions as their brains are not yet developed to fully comprehend the outcome of their actions.

@@mirianadimitrova2112 There are kids as young as 13 who are tried as adults for their crimes and sentenced to super long prison sentences. Their brains are not fully developed as well. Brain finishes developing at about 25 years old. So my analogy is not much flawed honestly.
