Brent Smith is probably one of the best singers of our generation and he's incredibly underrated. No offense to her but she isn't in the same league. I love her, I love him but its not the thing and isn't fair. Hope for the best of both of them.

Great voice, for a pop singer tho. This song requires so many more techniques than those pop singers have, this just doesn't fit the music at all. If you're unable to sing like a rock singer (especially one like Brent Smith) then just change the musical style to fit your type of singing style. You can't take the fastest land animal to an underwater race, it won't work.

MrPainKiller true that. Fair enough though I believe and think that you know what I mean that having her own type of voice for a certain genre isn’t bad. Because think of a band like Ghost he has a very pop like voice but he is in a metal band but what makes it metal is the instrumental. But still I don’t see why she should stray away from rock and metal because she has a voice of a pop star. She may want to learn how to growl or scream but that’s a different story.

I'm not saying she should stray away from rock or anything. Maybe they need to like change up the tone or something in the music for it to make it work tho. If she adds her own style to it with the vocals, why not the music as well? Cos this way I'm not really saying it's bad or anything, I just really think it doesn't... fit. Ghost's singer has an aerie vibe to his vocals that, of course, are not the vocals of any metal singer or anything but it fits with the music and the style. It sells a story. And that's not just done with their music. They've done covers that they also made and added their own feel to them. Like "If you have ghosts" or "It's a Sin". So with that said, if Ghost can do it, why can't these guys?

Part of posting yourself on the internet is you have to deal with people who can say what they want and hide behind their phone, tablet, or computer. It’s changed the way we talk to other humans and it brings out the hate people have that they wouldn’t otherwise express... in person. It’s a shame that people have to be hateful here... especially with such young artists. These kids are fantastic. They have amazing skills. Her voice is young and amazing... it will change and progress as she gets older, along with the smoothness of the instrumental. The more you play and sing, the more you find your true voice and music. She’s got great control and is on key... her range and emotion will only get better with time. The more you play, the more you learn. I can’t wait to see these kids in about 3 to 5 years as they gain experience and find that “live entertainment” aspect. Get crazy on stage and make people FEEL the songs and not just hear it! GREAT JOB!!! PLEASE KEEP ROCKIN AND DON’T GET DISCOURAGED BY ASSHOLES THAT TYPE STUPID SHIT!!!!
