most people think TAS is fake because they don't understand what TAS is. TAS is a tool assisted speedrun, that exploits everything in the game (including glitches) to finish as fast as possible (or just mess around). TAS runs are either played frame by frame for inhuman reaction time or encoded to tell the game exactly what to do for how long.

I don't think that's true. I once had a perfect arcade run as Dudley where I didn't lose a single round at all and I never fought Q. I fought him another time, but I'm not sure what I did to trigger it.

The requirements are mostly getting Five Super Arts or more. You can't lose to any rounds or get any results lower then E or exactly at E.

Actually TAS'ing is were you run the game frame by frame with savestates and other tools to allow you to make the best possible run. This allows for frame perfect tricks, perfect reactions, and tons of style.
