Almost everyone does that because even whiffing moves on third strike builds meter. For shoto characters, crouching strong is a pretty good way to build some meter before actually going in for the attack.

PIKACHUAKUMA would deny and then train until he sees RAICHUONI again. It would be a close battle but PIKACHUAKUMA would win. :3 I remember that episode

I love this move, I always thought it would be really hard to pull off. Turns out it's pretty easy haha hella risky tho saving up your bar. Akuma seems pretty weak to me for that reason :/ but I love to use him

I know because I used him a lot and when I used to play against my friend who would use ryu or ken they'd both deal an insane amount of damage and my attacks would only chip away at their health in comparison even tho I hit them more timez most games.
