Skatepark was Ewer street or, The arches. Deville lived in Reading where i lived so i skated with him a fair bit. Peoples obession with Tom Penny is a bit ridiculous, he was a tiny grommet kid back then and wasn't even that good. i skated with him in Henley once and he was amazing on the mini ramp but he could barely skate street at the time (obviously that changed haha) Here's a fun Deville fact that he may remember. He was doing the daewon loose trucks back in his UK days before Daewon. I remember his trucks just rattling around on his board as i remember he used to take the pivot cups out of the baseplate and skate them raw!

What Nigel and Dan do by filming the session instead of just posting landed tricks is what attracts so many people that don't have a group of friends they can go out and skate with. The great skating makes it more exciting. But there vid make it seem like we're at the session. Which in my opinion is what makes skating great. Going out with friends finding new spots and inspiring each other to be better skaters. Not just landing tricks or getting clips. But having fun doing what we love with good friends.

As someone who has bit their tongue off, you cannot stitch a tongue. Even if it comes clean off, they, at worse, use some soluble adhesive. It heals amazingly fast on its own.
