This isn't related to the video but I think that Kiryu is stronger than Majima cuz he always has a reason to fight, meanwhile Majima fight cuz he can/want, when he was going on rampage for revenge in 0, he was the strongest in that moment, but now he just fight without purpose, he even stopped an army of Omi cuz it was to protect Kiryu and he do it and left alive, so maybe if they anger him, he could be stronger than kiryu
