You'll be disqualified, if the summit is done from the lower side. Lower side is only for female participants.

On this course, fastest time was 42 mins. This was because the course was a bit slushy. On a good day, the top guys can do it around 30 mins.

Water depth is only 4 feet max. Non swimmers can easily do it.
