People who hate on crossfit are just sore bc they know they wont be able to keep up with the workout, they know they’re not as strong, fast, or have enough endurance. The point of crossfit isnt solely to lift as heavy as possible or to get bigger. You can’t judge navy seals training for not giving them enough sleep, too much tension on muscles and joints, or improper forms bc they’re literally too tired. Crossfit is to get fit in every aspect just like the military style training. Those athletes know what they’re doing. I was in the army and i loved crossfit as they were actually helpful to get fit for trainings and stuff. I only do weightlifting now but i still have respect for crossfit.
