Saturn 4 Ultra Review Broken Already Why Elegoo

The lcd/fep issue is not unique to the s4ultra. Plenty of people have had holes go down to the lcd on previous saturn generations due to stray supports. My og saturn had the same issues with a hole going to the lcd despite using a screen protector and leaking resin into the internals. Support is hit and miss depending on warranty and how strong consumer laws are in your country. There is a reason they started adding screen protectors and obstruction sensors. I doubted these would be sensitive enough to detect small resin fragments and that seems to be the case looking at complaints.

I bought a Saturn 4 ultra as well and the z access motor failed out of the box. Customer service is HORRIBLE and has not helped on now 4 days of trying to get them to do a return.. This machine is literal garbage and the company does NOT stand behind their products.

I received my a few days ago, the WIFI connector was smashed, but the packaging box looks good from the outside, which made me believe the connector was damaged before it's packed.

If you get a puncture ant resin drips where the screen gose up and down its over ? 😅 im considering buying 4ultra but for these im not sure wich one if 4ultra or 3 ultra since didnt have that problem resin goes strait to motor

Got mine in the day before yesterday waited for my wash and cure station to come in yesterday to run the first print once everything was set up and running I ran the chess piece files provided on the flash drive and the print took 3.5 hours to print and I was please with the print this is my first resin printer so I was a little sketchy at first but I followed all the steps and directions well after cleaning the build plate and cleaning the resin vat I went to run the same print a second time because I wanted a full chess set and left it to print overnight work up to a failed print and when I removed the vat the glass was cracked AI detection didn't stop the print and the object detection didn't work so now I've got a broken printer after one use I'm seriously pissed off and I'm waiting for elegoo to respond this printer and everything I purchased with it wasn't cheap
