Because he's one of the characters that still plays like T7 in a overly aggressive T8. Him and Bryan specifically.

Does Jin’s parry give you plus frames? How exactly does it work?

I believe it gives you plus frames equal to the move parried.

@@psycheSNAKEnot quite. It depends on the animation of the move. You have to leave interactions with each specific move. The bigger the animation is after the initial hit the more minuscule they are after. That’s why big plus frame moves like dragunov running 2 become launch punishable because there’s a lot of animation after the initial hit

It basically makes the opponents move whiff. It can make you plus up to the point of being able to interrupt string you normally can’t and you can punish moves up to the point of even being able to launch depending on the animation
