@ I can tell you never competed before by this comment… 1. The weigh in, those 4 lbs was fat that he couldn’t lose in time. 2. Ryan popped because of contaminated supplements. NYSAC suspended him for not disclosing his supplements. He is at fault for not getting his supplements tested before taking them. So no, the ostarine (which is a SARM that is used for weight loss, hence why it’s put into a lot of weight loss supplements unknowingly), had now benefits for Ryan. Ryan was slow, sluggish and out of shape. Fool was gassed out by round 2 and had to take rounds off early to catch his breath. Ryan said he will NEVER USE VADA AGAIN. Not not test again. Good job at trying to spread misinformation lmao

So those four pounds is the muscle! That’s the hardest to lose and the part that drains u! That’s the reason u would want to fight closest to your weight class. He didn’t get the Osterine from there supplements and testing fresh ones off the shelf like many people did to prove that company had no wrong doing. They would never test his open supplements. They would test sealed ones which people proved weren’t contaminated! He was gassed at 2 yet his speed and power carried til 10 which is very supernatural! I don’t know what u thought u could prove here but Osterine does more than aid in weight loss! I think u should research and return with a better argument. Because there’s way more effects to Osterine and that’s just the main one they focused on because it’s illegal in the states. He also tested positive for nandrolone which is a PED and also works in aiding with things u claim sarms don’t help with.

@ 1. He was 15 lbs overweight the week before the fight, he couldn’t get himself much lower and all honesty, he probably could’ve drained himself those 3 lbs pretty easily if he tried to. But felt like it would be too taxing to do so and knew that Haney was estimating him so he took the risk of coming in 3 lbs overweight. 2. He didn’t disclose his supplements and get them tested before taking them because it was a week before the fight when he started the supplements and he wouldn’t have been able to use them until they were done testing them which takes up to 2 weeks. He wouldn’t have had time to get them tested… you’re showing your ignorance on the topic. 3. Ryan was SLOW the whole fight LMAO slower than normal. He was a lot faster when facing tank. And has been even faster than that in previous fights in the later rounds. (i.e. his fight against fortuna) I think YOU should research what ostarine ACTUALLY does. Ask any body builder or sports medicine doctor and they’re going to tell you the same. Ostarine does really nothing for you ESPECIALLY if not taken in a FULL CYCLE and with the FULL dosage everyday. It is also HIGHLY detectable (1 dose = 9 days of it being in your system). so the fact that Ryan didn’t pop at all during camp proves that it was supplement contamination. Matter of fact, you can go watch “More Plates More Dates” on KZbin , he’s got a degree in said subject and is a body builder. He says the SAME THING I’m telling you right now. Also also, again you are showing your ignorance on the topic because the nandrolone was found to be the amount that is NATURALLY in your body.
