He should only sue de la Hoya so he can get his PPV money, but not Garcia. Garcia tested a billionth of a gram which is confirmed . He came overweight like every other fighter, which he was punished already by not being able to get world title fight. I think Haney would lose against Garcia and he wins against Oscar in the courtroom.

"Billionth of a gram" ??? that theory has been rubbished. That not withstanding, I think the moral of the argument is that if PEDS cheats are successfully litigated against, this could prove a very effective future deterrent. Surely we all want to see PEDs eradicated from boxing... ??? Surely...

@@LL_SPORTSTV If you search how much was in his system, it only states one billionth of a gram. I’m going with what Google says. PEDs should be banned, and anyone who fails should be punished. Garcia was already banned, paid $1.5 million, and had his win taken away. Suing a boxer for battery sounds crazy-you can’t deny that. It just makes Devin Haney look desperate and bad for his career. As Timothy Bradley said, Cotto didn’t sue Margarito, Bradley didn’t sue Marquez, and Rocky Fielding didn’t sue Canelo.

Del a Hoya probably wasn’t expecting Clap Back Monday from Devin. Totally agree this is life and death. I think a proven failed PED test should result in lifetime ban from all boxing associations full stop. Hopefully Devins lawsuit will help turn the tide on this.

It is now clear that Garcia cheated, now.. he may well have won anyway, i mean Ryan Garcia is clearly a very talented fighter, and Garcia and Haney were 3-3 in the amateurs. However bro, my thing is we HAVE to do something about PEDS cheats in boxing, I'm sure you will agree as a boxing fan that PEDS are ruining the sport, and if lawsuits can act as a deterrent to boxers taking PEDS, then i'm all for boxers getting sued, regardless of who they are.

So how do we know that victor conti isnt helping snack fighter cheat , he knows how to cover up ped use ,i mean how does a fighter thats drained himself down to 135 gain 25 pounds back in 24 hrs like hayney does ...weight bullies are as bad as peds if not worse ...loma or regis should sue devin for coming in 25pounds heavier fight night ...i dont like peds in boxing but ryan wasn't suspended for peds ,it was for non disclosure of supplements plus what was found had no effect in the fight nor did it help ryan .that was just a good old ass whooping ..Devin can't get that 0 back from Diddy and he's mad Ryan put it out there😮😮😂

Thanks for leaving your comment, and i absolutely agree with you. The punishments currently being metered out to PED Cheats are doing nothing to deter cheats and potential cheats. Stronger action needs to be taken, and whilst lawsuits will not solve the problems in itself. If Devin Haney's lawsuit is successful, and significant damages are awarded it will set an historic landmark, that will act as a suitable deterrent moving forward.

VADA says there was contamination. Which will prove it wasn't intentional on Ryan's part. Which is why he wasn't suspended for drug use. But for not revealing his supplements to NY state commission but to VADA only.

Thanks for watching. Couple of points…Firstly, I didn’t actually say Ostarine is/was a steroid, I said it’s a PED. Secondly, with respect Aquaman if you took the trouble to educate yourself you would soon learn that Ostarine promotes: muscle growth, strength, fat loss, bone density and recovery from injury, hence why Ostarine is banned. Whatever you feel about Devin Haney is entirely up to you, but the point I’m making is that I welcome the lawsuit because I believe drastic action needs to be taken against PED cheats, and if one of the actions is to sue, then this may act as a reasonable deterrent. In other words, if the lawsuit is successful, and it becomes a landmark case, it could prove for the betterment of boxing overall.

@auqaman76 that's sounds lovely and great and that is a very good defence the issue that you have is ryan Garcia accepted from the NYSAC fault. He didn't have a hearing he didn't try to fight it in court. As a man who has been accused of something you have the right to defend yourself infront of an independent panel ryan garcia wavered that right by accepting blame and in theory pleading guilty. So therefore all that your speaking about is irrelevant.

@@jonathancolon5202 - It is in my view a very brave action, especially considering the backlash Devin Haney currently receiving, but i welcome it, and i honestly hope he's successful. A successful lawsuit of this kind, could prove to be an historic landmark case, and would set a huge precedent for taking on PED cheats, not just in boxing, but in sport in general. I think a lot of people who are against the lawsuit (not saying you), are allowing their dislike of Haney to cloud their judgement on this issue. I'm fervently against PED cheats in boxing, so if a lawsuit of this kind can help solve the problem, or at least hold those responsible accountable for their cheating ways, then i'm all for lawsuits.

There are alot of athletes that's been around testing for years are saying they agree with what garcia is saying that the supplements where tainted because they've experienced the same thing A year suspension is ridiculous Haney is a clown he can never erase that ass whooping he got

It seems that every boxer that tests positive for PEDS uses that same excuse concerning tainted supplements. The fact remains that Ryan Garcia FAILED THREE separate drug tests for the Devin Haney fight. Does someone have to die, or suffer life changing injuries for things to change ???
