Devin, what is your definition of Racism? Because my understanding, is all racism is, is ANYONE thinking they are superior to another human just because of the color of their skin. But the LEFT, tries to redefine the word trying to make it about power, or majority, etc. Which we both know is them trying to weaponize race to push their own evil agenda. But let's come full circle, what is YOUR definition of racism?

I seen a lot of people with excuse growing up in the ghettos of California. I was reading books and trying to find a way out of poverty. Other people complained and stayed where they were at. The best advice my mom gave me was there are no excuses. A white man never held me back, I held myself back. When I became accountable for my actions, everything changed. Most black people with problems have been brainwashed to believe it's someone else's fault. It's trash, this is a free country! Build yourself up, take care of your family, and work hard. When your busy building you forget about racism. I'm a business man who came from nothing. I have 7 kids that I've taken care of since day 1, been divorced, and still bounced back. No excuses gentleman, get in the game and play ball

Your point would ONLY make sense if no WHITE men never left their kid's mother on her own. White men leave their kids just like black men, in fact, and you will not understand this, they are part of the problem because they left hundreds of thousands of bi-racial kids in the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries. They knocked up the black slave women and would kill or threaten the black husband if they said or tried to do anything about it. Your white ancestors sold parents and children instead of keeping them together but they sold them separate. So do not think you are holier than thou because your history reeks of abandoning your bi racial kids. Just because they were children of slave women did not make them less your children. White men/white people are no better than blacks and other races. You do not want black people to blame your ancestors for things that you still approve of today.

Another great black man, Larry Elder, told the story of the black family MORE likely to stay together than white families long before the democrats (creators of the KKK) found another way to enslave them to the lowest hanging fruit of victimization and the easiness of finding ALL others responsible. They stayed TOGETHER as a family, and worked HARD on educating the next generation of themselves because each generation got a LITTLE BIT better than the one before and education and knowledge has always been the KEY to a better life.

As a white, female, nurse, I have to say I was treated horribly by black female co-workers early on in my career and then a splattering here and there throughout. I was young and naive and had no clue why I was hated so much. That was the first time I became aware of racism, and I was 30 years old. I'm 60+ now and thank God I'm on the down hill slide as I guess its much worse today. I was brought up to love others, be kind, etc., you never know what others are going through. Not once was the color of skin brought up in my home, race was just never a topic of discussion, nor were me and siblings ever guided to treat black people differently. You can be sure we discuss 'racism' now! I want to clarify that I have met some fabulous, lovey black women throughout my life, and I can pretty much say, hands down, it was the uneducated black women, or the spiritually dead, who were the ones that projected hateful temperaments.

Devin, please keep making these videos. Even though I am not a believer, I am on the side of those who seek to protect family values, protect the future of our children, the values that make us good citizens, that make us respect differences within a healthy common sense. @@angelamurphy6233 Hey there! Honestly, nothing's keeping me from believing. My journey just takes a different path, one where I live by universal values like love, respect for life, compassion, and kindness, without the framework of a specific faith. My focus is on personal growth and caring for those close to me. Don't get me wrong, I deeply value those who are believers and appreciate the positive influence they have on the world. To me, leading a good, ethical life can be achieved outside of religious belief. It's about self-improvement, making a positive impact, and a shared commitment to bettering ourselves. It's not about superiority, but a recognition that we're all on this journey together, each finding our own unique paths. Despite different views, I believe we can join forces to protect the fundamental aspects of our society. United in our diversity, we can achieve so much for everyone.

But for what? Don't take this the wrong way, but if not moving towards an eternal goal, then what's the point? So that others who may know you, who will also die, will think well of you? And after they die, who will remember you? So what would be the point of living well? Where does the moral code you live by come from, if not an ultimate source of morality?

After I cleaned my record. I joined the national guard and had to serve 3 years to go regular army. So basic. AIT. Another AIT. Then deployed to Fallujah got home. Deployed so I could join the regular army. Then joined the army. Deployed 5 times. Now I have to deal with pain. No one cares. I quit school in 10th grade. Retired at 33. Making over 100k a year. So the bs is the kids that lived in the hood were pressured to smoke weed. And shit that’s not ok. Coming from the older guys. Kids do what they are seeing or learned. All. No of course not. But 90%. “They stole our language “ I don’t speak the language my ancestors spoke either. What’s your point?
@truone6394
@truone6394 Жыл бұрын
The point is you most likely grew up knowing who your ancestors were, where they were from and what language they spoke even if you didn't speak it, as opposed to having that sense of identity, and more, brutally stripped from your ancestors (who were literally treated worse than animals), and therefore their progeny, while being continually penalized for obvious differences that mean you'll never blend in or be fully accepted, and for just existing. Knowing the history of this country means knowing how "white privilege " developed and grew to include white acceptance and white proximity - none of which is available to a black person unless they have the bank to fit into the white sphere, with restrictions, and the self hate to abandon all inward semblance of "blackness" that might stigmatize themselves and/or offend the whites they want to be thinly accepted/validated by. Learn history and learn to think for yourself instead of just going along with someone else's hard leaning opinions. Just because you consider someone opposition doesn't mean they don't have valid points.

@@niamtxiv I wish I had a cure for stupidity, but much like certain microbes, it mutates to quickly. If people have been completely stripped of identity, culture and language and have nothing to refer back to to know which language their ancestors spoke, how do you propose they learn it? In Nigeria alone there are nearly 200 languages spoken. Every bit of their culture, except for what they could retain of recipes, dance and music, was literally stripped from them: dress, hair styles, marriage, names, values, children. They were treated like animals. Language was literally beaten out of memory to prevent the spread of knowledge, revolts and secret plans to escape. That's not an excuse, it's reality. Even in certain parts of Africa language has been tainted by European colonialism. Nevermind the fact that the distance between that loss of identity and now extend back over a period exceeding 400 years. Thanks for proving that racists like you very much exist. Anything that happened to slaves has NOTHING to do with us now. Dare I even say we should stop teaching about the Civil Rights and slavery in schools because even if we teach that it was wrong we still teach innocent young minds the concept of racism even though we're saying it's wrong in elementary school as we teach history we are merely presenting the idea of racism. I bet you if you took everyone and literally erase their minds from racism by some magical means and then you didn't teach anything about slavery or racism or civil rights to a whole generation of kids from K through 12 and he never got the concept in their mind despite teaching that it was bad they just never even learned it at all I bet you there would be no people claiming that there's racism. Just giving a kid an idea whether or not you say it's right or wrong puts the idea in their head. If you believe people are dead and gone and Heaven or Hell then teaching the history of something bad that affects people now just by hearing about it doesn't matter if it's hot it should just stop being taught. It's no disrespect to the slaves or the slave owners to not teach the history just forget about it
