ShortyzProductionz They have no randomness at all it seems. They are all just simple 10 second loops. Especially with the TV one it's very noticable.

The one thing I noticed is that you shot this video in very low light. If it was brighter in the room would you notice the effects of the light? Or is this pretty much meant as an effects light for low lit close up videos?

You'd also need about 20 of those lights for the paparazzi effect to work as intended. Still seems like a cool little light. I can see someone shelling over $200 who need the waterproof feature, but aside from that, not worth the price tag.

Hey dude. Great video. Got my hands on one last week. After using it on full power for 20 minutes the front plexiglass bowed out in the center about .75cm from the rest of the unit. Like it expanded from the heat and the adhesive holding it in place had melted. Can you tell me if you have noticed this issue on your unit? Thanks 🙏

I've noticed it on mine. I think I may just remove that crap because i don't need it waterproof. i think using some thermal epoxy to attach a pci-e card heatsink to it would help thermal regulation.

...for certain horror-movie scenes you of course also can use the straight normal mode and film the shower scene from 77 different camera angles to get it looking legit ;)

You have to admire Aputure for hiring every "Internet Influncer" to shill for their marginal product. This Chinee light is everywhere in Vlog land. Like food: if you want to eat healthy - don't eat food that has a marketing budget.

cool toy, tho Aputure is a professional and not a budget friendly lighting company. Unless you're a production company it's not that hard to DIY those effects for 1/20 of the price.
