@@arncj18 Out of shape? probably, Injured right now? I don't think so. Levan is already lifting 60% of his max right now in most lifts, he has started sparring in training sessions and his wrist feels healthy. Match is still in April so he has plenty of time to get back in shape.

i'm afraid they are working on just that, fixing that, so there is a 3rd rubber match, financially works for everyone. The first clue is already there, Levan having no warmup match before his biggest match of his life, vs a mutant that is the most confident he's ever been, that every organizers referee seems to favor. Kinda sad we have no young brzenks that are technically able to play with him. Ongarbaev is no Brzenk, he lacks top end power and wrist, thumb etc.

For arm wrestling generally it’s forearm driven, but working SOME bicep and and very tiny bit of triceps doesnt hurt. For recovery just the same lifts but a lot lighter weight. Work more for the pump

rise and pronation may be important in todays Meta of armwrestling, but the Meta changes and so other moves get prioritised. Let's not forget he was singing the KM song 3 years ago, that is what worked for his injuries, didn't mean it was the most important. Rules got changed and they couldn't cheat anymore. The wal pads worked great for that 5 years ago. 2018 he was saying the cuping is the most important. Again. All lies that work for him. For yourself you have to do what works for you and be well balanced.

I like the word "counter", Great job from devon and auden. I think for some peoples due to specificities in their build or other things, they will be more successful by going directly to a counter than training for the regular approach to attack an opponent. I don't think jerry cadorette would have ever made a name for himself by trying to rise/roll his way to the superheavyweight tittle, maybe he will ultimately concede to a stronger traditional approach but his best shot will not be through it either.
