It was more of strength taxing thing Devon did put out alot of strength its har to reach Levan strength level i feel was in he ball park but yeah even more power but thing is Levan is really strong everywhere cup rising rolling hand everywhere so everything is gigantic in Levans strength arsenal with Levan its best to have more than one strength ace so that if one area gets taxes you still have for example a gigantic cup too. Levan pulled the same way he pulled him the first time in king of the table with cup and containment Devon was able to set up his riser position the first round Levan had to hold to him in the set up but this time Devon stopped him the first round as opposed to last time when levan did that he went through Devon there was a minor stop at the bottom ish but still this time was way better it was an actually true stop. But Levans overwhelming power taxed Devon after the first round it must be very taxing to try to stop a press from a hulk like that. Even holding his hit and then surges was tough let alone the press coming down you with all his strength plus weight too.

No Devon's strength got taxes after the first round especially after fighting the press this is why Devon couldn't establish the rise and he had to be the one trying contain Levan instead the second round . If you notice another round Levan is containing again Devon wants to stop it for a second but his strength is to taxed and Levan pronates through him because he was already very taxed.

Your claiming it was a stamina thing you haven't lifted heavy before probably but if it was so called stamina thing like your implying even stamina has limits. But the fact is it's strength what it takes to contend with Levan and Devon had to use a lot of strength from his ace he was close and in the ball bark to Levan in his riser and pronation strength or just as good Levan all his strengths are gigantic all of it his cup his rise his roll his hand his hook his press is vicious his side pressure everything. Devon strength got taxed he couldnt set up his riser in the second round because of this but even still let's say he intentionally went for cupping and containing Levan the second round the round after that he set his riser again and there was very short wantimg to be a stop but Devon strength was taxed you can see his strength faded on the 3rd round even the way his his arm and forearm muscles looks it's how it looks when you run out alot strength and you can't access the same . A fight against a monster Levan is a fight against a hulk Monster level of strengths everywhere lol.
